Directions to Shop

See overhead view of Woodbury High School.  Generally, weekday evenings and Saturdays, outside Door 36 will be unlocked.  The shop is down the hall on the left, Room 240 (red X on the map).

Coordinate usage with Raj to make sure inside doors are unlocked.

If Door 36 is locked (Sundays), go around the school clockwise to Door 31 and knock loud.

Bathrooms are further down the hall and to the left.

Woodbury High School - Directions to Shop

Shop Safety Rules

  • Don't use power tools if you're not confident in their usage (adults).
  • Adult supervision of power tool usage
  • Everyone in the vicinity of power tools being used must wear safety glasses
  • Closed toe shoes with power tools
  • Tie-back long hair when using power tools

Conduct Rules

  • No students wandering about.  Don't touch things that don't belong to your own team.  Don't be destructive or obnoxious.
  • Don't use any tools that don't belong to your team without permission (probably from an FRC mentor or student lead).
  • Keep things neat and clean.  Let someone know if you break something like a blade or tool.  It isn't necessarily a big problem except a replacement will need to be purchased, probably by your team.
  • Make sure doors are shut when you leave. (mentors)
