We have also worked with X-Grain Sportswear to generate another Team Apparel Store for the 2025 Season. Apparel items include T-Shirts, Long Sleeve Shirts, Hoodies, Shorts, Running Pants, Backpacks, etc.
This Store will be open from now (March 13, 2025) to Thursday, March 20, 2025.
Team Apparel is completely optional to purchase, but is a great way to show Team Support.
We have worked with BSN Sports to generate a Team Apparel Store for the 2025 Season.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are a woman's uniform short option (Under Armor 3in Shorty - ROYAL BLUE). BSN Sports inventory levels for spandex style running shorts are quite low for all brands. This was the only option they had available. Uniform Shorts can be purchased at any sporting goods store/outlet. The only requirement for Girls Uniform Bottoms is that they have to be solid ROYAL BLUE in color. They can be NIKE Brand, Under Armor, Adidas, etc.
March 10, 2025 will be the first official day of Woodbury Track & Field 2025. As I've noted earlier, I understand that many of you have previous commitments with Family Activies planned for Spring Break. If you are able to attend practice, please do so.
Practice for Week of March 10
Location: Indoor Track - Woodbury High School
Time: 3:30 - 5:30PM
Please come prepared for all weather conditions. While we do start our practice and warm-ups indoors, there is a high likelihood we will be moving outside for our main workout (weather and area conditions permitting).
Go Royals!
Acceleration North recently opened a training facility at the Minnesota Athletic Club in Woodbury, MN. Accleration North is an incredible training opportunity for ALL athletes. They provide specially tailored training programs for speed and acceleration development and resistance band training. Many professional and amateur athletes alike utlize Acceleration North to help improve their speed development.
Mr. Curt Carbaugh, Owner and Lead Trainer of Acceleration North, has reached out to Woodbury Track & Field and had real interest in helping our progam succeed and excel. He is offering Session Punch Cards (see flyer) as an incredible off-season training option to help our athletes prepare for the season. I would highly recommend this option as a means to improve your acceleration and speed development.
Welcome to the 2024-2025 Track and Field Season! The season is fast approaching and our coaching staff is ready to work hard and have a tremendous season.
The Spring season is planned to start on March 10, 2025, which happens to be the first day of Spring Break for ISD833. School does not start again for K-12 until March 18. Understanding there may be prior family commitments or plans, practice will be optional (but strongly encouraged) on March 10. If you are able to attend practice, please do so.
We are very much looking forward to this season and hope you all are as well.
