We are very excited to be kicking off the 2024-2025 season with our preseason meeting on October 29th at 7:30 in the lecture hall. I strongly urge everyone to attend as there will be apparel, the season schedule, and other important information. I hope to see all returning, and new swimmers there!
Congratulations to the Boys Swim Team who finished 12th as the state meet March 2 at the UM Aquatics Center.
200 Yard Medley Relay - Section Champions (1:37.39) - Raymond Webb, Gunnar Seversen, Derek Stadheim and Grant McElwain - state placed 16th in prelims with a time of 1:38.90. Finished 13th at finals with a time of 1:38.25.
200 Yard Free Relay- Section Champions 1:28.64 - Raymond Webb, Andrew Qing, Grant McElwain, and Aiden Tsao, state placed 13th in prelims with a time of 1:29.15.Finished 13th at finals with a time of 1:28.45.
Boys 400 Yard Free Relay- Section Champions 3:13.25- Gunnar Seversen, Grant McElwain, Aiden Tsao, Derek Stadheim - state placed 8th in prelims with a time of 3:13.62. Gunnar Seversen had a lead off split meet record with a time of 46.52 in prelims. Finished 8th in finals earning All-State honors with a time of 3:12.65.

Congratulations to the Boys Swimming Team for winning the 4AA Section Championship on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024. They won with a team score of 414.5 in a team with only swimmers!
The Royals had a great section meet with several individuals and all relays advancing to the state meet. The MSHSL Class AA State prelim meet will be on Friday, March 1 and finals on Saturday, March 2 at the University of Minnesota Aquatics Center. State Meet Information.

Congratulations to the Boys Swimming Team for going undefeated and winning the conference championship this season! Congratulations Royals! Senior Gunnar Seversen has broke 2 pool records in the 200 Free with a time of 1:42.17 and the 200 IM with a time of 1:55.78. The other seniors on the team are Lotan Riter, Owen Rogers, Kieran Mungovan, Ehan Chen, and Ben Lunzer.
The team will compete in sections on Thursday, Feb 22 and Saturday, Feb 24 at Stillwater Middle School. Good Luck to the WHS Boys Swim Team. The ticket link will be available here once provided.
Congratulations to the Boys Swim and Dive True Team for winning the True Team Section Championship, January, 13 at Stillwater Middle School. The team will advance to True Team State Meet on Saturday, January 20 at 5 PM at the University of Minnesota Aquatics Center. Tickets for the event will be shared with Woodbury Families next week.

The Boys Swim and Dive Team has had a remarkable last two weeks, with victories over Stillwater and East Ridge. Gunnar Seversen broke pool records at Oltman Middle School in the 200 IM with a time of 1:55.02 and the 500 Free 4:40.39.

Hello everyone and welcome to the 2023-2024 Boys swim and dive season!
The coaches are looking forward to building on the fantastic year we had last year. We are expecting quite a few new swimmers this year and cannot wait to see how much our team will grow this season! We are very pleased to announce that Will, Sydney, and Patti will all be returning to coach this season. Registration is now open! Our information night will be October 10th at 6:30 in the Woodbury High School lecture hall. I hope to see you all there!
