Welcome to the Woodbury Pom Squad!

This team is the performance team that performs at home Varsity football games.  There are NO TRYOUTS required.  Just register through the WHS athletic department!

WHS also offers a competitive Minnesota State High School League Dance Team which is run as a winter sport.  This is a separate team that requires additional registration as well as an audition/tryout.

Greetings - I am Sharon Forde this will be my 2nd year coaching Woodbury Pom Squad.  This will by my 22ND year of coaching dance.  I coached for 14 years in Montevideo and this will be my 8th season coaching winter season at Orono.

In dance my love is kick and all the energy in it.  My teams have made many trips to State with this last year medaling at 2nd place for jazz and 5th place for kick.

I have been honored to be selected Coach of the Year 3 times by MADT and our team 2 times Sportsmanship of the Year.

I'm excited to continue my journey at Woodbury and enjoy my two favorite things - dance and fall.  Come dance with us - it will be a great time.
