Coach Liz’s-Purpose Statement

We coach for you. My foundation for coaching and the love of the high school sport; swimming & diving, started here.  During my Senior Year at Woodbury the  team motto was "Every Piece Counts".  That year we learned each individual is important to the strength and vitality of the team.  "Total Team" "Win as Won".  I am grateful for my coaches/mentors/teachers and the values they have instilled in me.   Now as a coach I strive to give student-athletes the opportunity to practice lifelong healthy habits for themselves, families & friends, hometown and global communities.
