As a team, the Royals took 4th place at Eastview on Saturday, with Alex Braun taking home another championship.  Taking 2nd were Will Bents, Sebastian Zamorano, Mason Barrows and Denis Tokin.  At the time of print, JV results had not been tabulated and will be posted when received.

On the varsity side, 19 wrestlers took the mat and 12 placed.  Placing for the Royals:  Braun-1st, Bents-2nd, Cade Johnson-4th, Zamorano-2nd, Nick Sieczkowski-5th, Omar Abdelal-4th, Ahmed Abdelal-6th, Tre Hockenberger-3rd, Barrows-2nd, Ethan Chaney-4th, Tokin-2nd and Trenton Willner-6th.  Congrats to Will Bents for getting his 75th career win over the weekend!

This week, many wrestlers will participate in the 9th Grade Sections at Chisago Lakes HS on Tuesday afternoon.  On Thursday, the Royals will host Mounds View for Parent Night at Woodbury HS.  JV starts at 5:30pm with varsity slated to start at 7:00pm.
