Health. Balance. Fun.
We coach for you. My foundation for coaching and the love of the high school sport; swimming & diving, started here as a graduate from Woodbury High School. SPIRIT & "Strength in Unity”(24). I am grateful for my coaches/mentors/teachers and the values they have instilled in me. Now as a coach I strive to give student-athletes the opportunity to practice lifelong healthy habits for themselves, families & friends, hometown and global communities.
